I just noticed, this movie has a weird pacing issue. There are so many glaring problem regarding and concerning the character’s background setting. All I see is each character backstory or history of the characters are really important and foundational. If these lores are truly, really fundamental and important for the whole comprehensive narrative standpoint, it would be much better if they’re teased or given a sufficient fleshed-out hint and foreshadowing first, like maybe a memory flashback from each characters with a important backstory. Secondly, why now? Why not earlier? This way the tension just gets reduced and the setting of the story is entirely changed…. What a way to write pacing.
